 Garnet     

    This is a sweet, but well-balanced red wine with a generous mouth feel, distinct
aroma, and flavor of fresh concord grapes.
The legend is that Noah hung a large Garnet in the Ark for illumination.  It is said to give guidance in the night and protection from nightmares.  The Egyptians also
thought  Garnet to have a special affinity with the blood.
A good “Aperitif,” it is best served with salty cheese, appetizers, salads, and

 Raspberry    
    Long known for its healing benefits to the blood and digestive system, the blackberry is a
powerhouse of nutrients and antioxidants.  Our Blackberry Wine, or “Pennsylvania
Black Gold” is a deep rich color and full of flavor.  This wine is sweet but still has the tart
signature of the berry.
